Look, no local member can be across every issue the Government is looking at, so the party distributes a standard pack of talking points that can be cut-and-pasted to answer voter enquiries.

So the repeat letter writers in here should expect longer and longer delays between replies for every reply to a reply they send due to the need for the Government recipient actually having to go beyond the cut and past of a standard distribution.

I'm finding the process fascinating to observe even though I'm not actually expecting it to achieve much (if anything) of a difference.
